Applications are now open for FinTrU’s Summer Insights Programme 2025!

FinTrU\’s Summer Insights Programme is an unpaid work experience programme designed for undergraduate students. During the three-day, on-site Programme , you will experience the unique FinTrU culture, learn about the type of work that we do for our investment bank clients and network with employees across our business from current placement students to the senior management team. You will also learn what career opportunities are available at FinTrU.

Students should note that this is an unpaid work experience programme.

What\’s Involved

You will have the opportunity to:

• Gain knowledge of the different business areas in FinTrU – KYC (‘Know Your Customer’), Compliance, Legal and Risk.
• Meet and network with a range of employees across our business from placement students to senior leaders.
• Learn about FinTrU’s early career opportunities and our top tips for securing a placement or graduate role with us.
• Strengthen your CV and interview skills through our employability workshops.

Criteria

You should apply if you meet the following criteria:

• Currently studying an undergraduate degree
• Motivated with a genuine interest in finding out more about FinTrU and financial services
• Committed to personal growth and career development
• No prior work experience is required

FinTrU reserves the right to apply additional shortlisting criteria during the recruitment process such as degree relevance.

We encourage you to choose and apply for a location to which you can reasonably commute. FinTrU will not cover travel costs.
