Description: Senior Carer | Warwickshire | £28,000 to £31,000 Are you an experienced carer? Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing and supporting a team? As a Senior Carer, you will have the opportunity to take on a lead role and work closely with the manager to develop and upskill the team. You will have the chance to showcase your leadership and management skills while making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
