Identify new routes to market with ecommerce and bricks & mortar accounts working with the business to develop appropriate product solutions to effectively sell-in and maximise growth. Use trends awareness of the retail market, identify and proactively seek opportunities for new business. Implement and take ownership for the sales plan and achieve/ exceed sales targets. Maintain effective internal and external communications across business and stakeholder groups. Negotiate and develop annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) Managing the critical path process, including management of product selections, samples, quotations and approval processes. Fully execute and post-evaluate promotional activity. Manage effective communication of brand plans to customer base. Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms, and promotions within business guidelines. Provide feedback to the business on new product opportunities and competitor information. Add value outside of the job description via initiatives, creative ideas, and special projects. Liaise effectively with internal departments including Logistics and Supply chain departments. Complete quarterly forecasting. Attend head office when required. Attend trade shows as required. Alongside Global Head of Sales & Marketing, help to prepare pitch/proposals to secure any distribution agreements. Skills Proactively contributes to creating a good team atmosphere.
