Our client based in Spalding is looking for a Loader to join their busy and dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring timely manual loading and unloading while working collaboratively across different operations departments. The Spalding site is one of the largest in their Temperature Controlled Distribution network.
Role of a Loader:
- Loading and unloading the trailer
- Operating and managing technical equipment
- Adhering to safety management standards
- Adhere to all work instructions and procedures
- Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment
Pay rates: Monday to Friday 6am - 8pm - £12.21ph (for night shift hours + £1.70 p/h for weekends + £1.07 p/h)
Shifts: 12 hours - 4on4off - 06:00 - 18:30 (30 min unpaid break)
