Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer, working within the Sales department within a well-established Manufacturing company based in Tamworth. The company specialise in metal fittings and flanges.
The successful candidate will receive full product and on-going training and will join a motivated sales team with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
Role responsibilities:
- Calculating material requirements and production costs.
- Producing quotations for customers which are clear, detailed and accurate.
- Providing and assisting colleagues on technical and engineering issues.
- Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Communicating with customers to gain feedback on quotations.
- Recording all relevant sales information on our system.
Role requirements:
- A minimum of 2 yearsβ engineering experience preferably within the steel industry.
- Experience in reading and interpreting engineering CAD drawings would be beneficial.
- AutoCAD experience would also be beneficial.
- Ability to understand material grades and production methods.
- A good level of computer literacy and numeracy skills.
- Microsoft Excel conversant.
- To be organised, accurate and have an eye for detail.
- Team working and excellent communication skills.
