Position: Caretaker / Maintenance Operative Salary: £23,741 Per Annum Location: Worcestershire Contract: Permanent (PAYE) Bonuses/Benefits: Company Pension (12% Contributions), Life Insurance, 28 days Holiday Allowance plus Bank Holidays. Think Recruitment are currently looking for multiple Caretakers / Maintenance Operatives based local to Cannock, Litchfield and Burton Upon Trent to carry out Caretaking Duties within Sheltered Accommodation and Retirement Villages. Duties will include: Ensuring that the properties remain clean, tidy, safe, secure and in a good condition for the residents. You will be required to carry out the following day to day tasks: Keeping communal areas clean and hazard free. Grounds Maintenance including leaf clearance, litter picking, removing graffiti. Maintenance and minor repairs to the properties. You will also be dealing with fly tipping clearance etc. Requirements: Full Driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role covering multiple sites. You will be required to have a full DBS carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered. Good IT Skills using an iPad to access a portal and log/track jobs. Ideally experience in a customer- forced environment undertaking cleaning and caretaking duties is preferred. Hours: Monday – Friday with core hours of 8am – 15:30pm.
