London is Efficio\’s global Headquarters where consultants based in London will support clients across the UK and Europe with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.What will you be doing? Managing complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams. Often supported by junior resourcesManaging more junior consultants on projects, making sure Efficio methodologies and processes are followedDriving complex analysis where data is hard to access and using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutionsPlaying a role in advising clients and designing solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impactEffectively managing and owning the relationship with senior stakeholdersPlanning and preparing documentation for own workstreamTaking part in the recruitment process of potential junior consultantsWho we\’re looking for: Our collaborative and inclusive culture is what makes us stand out. We\’re particularly interested in:In addition to English, fluency in another European language (French, German, Spanish), Mandarin, or ArabicManagement consulting experience within a leading consultancy, ideally within procurement and/or supply chainExperience (or an interest) in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projectsProven track record of working closely with senior client stakeholdersDeep analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusionsStrong grasp of detail and a \’hands‐on\’ approachExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to confidently improve existing ways of working, recognize opportunities and identify innovative solutions that add real value to clients
