The Brand: We are partnered with a global powerhouse in the beauty and cosmetics industry, who are home to some of the most incredible brands across fashion, fragrances, makeup and skincare. The brand are incredible storytellers, and are known for their commitment to innovation and excellent customer service experience. The Role: We are partnered with this brand to lead their search for a Digital Project Manager, who will provide end-to-end project management, leading eCommerce projects from scoping and planning through to testing and delivery. You will work closely with a Technical Team, and third-party partners to build detailed project plans and monitor progress of multiple deliveries. You’ll manage communications with project teams, SMEs and stakeholders and manage top level reporting on a weekly basis, leading regular project meetings with stated objectives and agendas. Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders is critical to the success of this person. Finally, you’ll prepare test scenarios and manage and triage defects in testing phases. Initially, you will lead an international website launch for an incredible brand within the portfolio. The Person: The person appointed will have proven experience in a similar role, managing a range of Digital Projects within Retail, Luxury, Beauty or Cosmetics spaces. They will be well versed in growing eCommerce business environments and have exposure to a range of technologies across web development. Experience delivering multiple projects in both agile and waterfall methodologies is also a key factor.
