Job Description
Your main responsibility as an Account / Relationship Manager is to create revenue and profit that satisfy established KPIs by continuously onboarding and managing new and current clients.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new company prospects, including customer and market expansion.
- Provide a positive customer experience when onboarding new clients.
- Close sales successfully.
- Building customer trust in financial risk and exposure.
- Meet sales KPIs consistently.
- Organize client meetings to strengthen connections.
- Participate in industry networking events regularly.
- Build good connections with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of FX/CFD markets, suppliers, products, services, and pricing methods.
- Over 5 years of sales experience in the financial business.
- Demonstrated expertise in FX and CFD brokerage, preferably with a customer base.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in high-pressure sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage good client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/G Suite.
- Strong sales abilities.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed in the fast-paced financial profession and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
- Demonstrates the ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines with flexibility.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication abilities (both written and vocal).
