Aquent is on the lookout for an experienced creative strategist in paid media to join an amazing company which curates bold, contemporary artwork, making it easy for art lovers to discover and collect unique prints from emerging artists. With a focus on high-quality design and creative expression, they bridge the gap between independent artists and modern interiors.
Your Role
- You’ll take ownership of the paid content strategy, ensuring ad scripts, videos, and visuals are optimized for maximum performance across Meta and TikTok.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a content strategy focused on driving conversions.

Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta & TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of how to optimize creatives for each platform.
- 2+ years in a performance-driven creative role (DTC brands, media agencies, or paid social teams preferred).
- Commercially focused—ideas should always be built with performance and conversions in mind, not just aesthetics.
- Strong intuition for ad performance—can assess results and tweak creatives accordingly (without needing advanced analytics skills).
- Basic editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere, or Figma) to efficiently collaborate with editors.
