Monday to Friday. * Minimum of 35 hours per week, but hours as required. * Flexibility essential. * 7% company pension contribution, conditional upon a 2.5% employee contribution. * 34 days holiday per year (including 26 floating days). * Optional healthcare package. Working directly for the Managing Director, The Sales Manager will oversee a team of two: an external sales employee based in South Gloucestershire and an internal sales employee located at the Huddersfield head office. Sales are mostly within the UK, with some overseas projects. The Sales Manager role covers all new project sales, with responsibilities including understanding customer requirements, machine selection, layout advice, and identifying hazards. *** For the first 12 months *** you will also manage the Northern Area to accelerate your product and industry sector training. After successful completion, you will recruit a new Sales Engineer for the Northern Area, allowing you to fully focus on the Sales Manager role.
