We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice based in Mayfair that is looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to join their team. They prefer candidates with some experience in Financial Services and require the candidate to have completed RO1 or be willing to complete it within an agreed timescale.

Purpose

To provide administration support to the Directors, Financial Planners, and Client Relationship Managers.

Main Duties

1. Process new and existing business as instructed by the relevant Director, Financial Planner, or Client Relationship Manager (CRM).
2. Keep the relevant individuals and/or clients updated as required.
3. Maintain accurate back-office systems and client records at all times.
4. Adhere to the company handbook and compliance requirements guided by Risk Management and the FCA.

• Confidence in liaising with colleagues and external providers.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office systems.
• Experience with Adviser Office, Curo, or XPLAN.

Experience

• Experience working in a busy and dynamic office environment.
• Managing a varied workload effectively.
• Working to deadlines with changing priorities.
• Experience in client administration roles within Financial Services.

Qualifications & Training

• Willingness to complete relevant training and obtain necessary qualifications for current and future roles.
• Maintain competence as required by the business.
• Regularly review training needs.
• CII R01 Financial Services – Regulation and Ethics qualification.
