An excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-expanding real estate company. Working alongside the Head of Residential, you will oversee 1,500 residential units, managing Property Managers, Security, and Cleaners, while also developing, training, and recruiting the team. This role offers autonomy and hands-on involvement in all areas of residential real estate management, with an additional 4,000-unit pipeline to onboard and manage. Over the next 12 months, you'll play a key role in streamlining processes, implementing new SOPs, and driving operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

  • 4-5 years’ experience in Building or Property Management (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and external suppliers.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, using a common-sense approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and schedule onsite teams, conduct performance reviews, arrange training, and ensure staff coverage.
  • Building Operations: Oversee cleaning, maintenance, security, and parking management, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Work with the Facilities Manager to carry out risk assessments, maintenance reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lifts & Facilities Oversight: Ensure lifts and essential building services are maintained and fully operational.
  • Process Improvement: Help review, update, and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Tenant Relations: Handle queries, complaints, and disputes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Arrears & Legal Evictions: Manage rent arrears, liaise with tenants on payment plans, and oversee the legal eviction process when required.
  • New Developments: Assist in onboarding and launching new properties, ensuring a smooth transition into management.
