Vigo, 2005. We incorporate a Store Manager to grow our London teams (store based in Central London).

The Store Manager should be an example for the Sales Assistants, bringing excellent customer service, becoming our principal brand ambassador, and helping to build the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.

Your main goal will be to be responsible for the overall store management, drive sales and enhance customer experience, and assume the responsibilities and duties.

As key responsibilities, he/she will daily handle with:

  1. Whole service on the customer journey, from welcoming to the final sale, dealing with any requests or complaints.
  2. Stock counting and control, deliveries organization and stockroom maintenance.
  3. Product organization on the shop floor, as well as Visual merchandising guidelines implementation and collaboration in the visual changes and windows.
  4. Management of the store and the teams.
  5. Permanent communication with HQ.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales person to work in our London family, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Someone who has an interest in the world of fashion and an excellent presentation, who has a certain sense of touch, knows how to listen and work as a team.
