To build on our outstanding position, we are embarking on a two-year project to review and develop our brand. We are seeking an experienced brand expert to lead the project, working with an external consultancy and teams across LSE. You will be passionate about brand and all that it encompasses and be able to expertly take the reins of the project. This role is pivotal in strengthening our position, reach, and impact.
It will involve:
- Leading the comprehensive review and development of LSE’s brand.
- Managing an external agency, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Overseeing qualitative and quantitative market research and insight analysis.
- Bringing together colleagues from across LSE to ensure the project is a success.
- Facilitating internal workshops to test creative concepts and messaging.
- Representing the project at a broad range of internal stakeholder groups.
Candidates should have:
- Experience of managing high profile projects.
- Experience of large-scale brand development.
- Experience managing external suppliers.
- Experience of market research projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-impact project which will shape the future of LSE’s brand. You will work with a collaborative and dynamic team in a vibrant and inclusive environment. This is a two-year fixed term post reporting into the Deputy Director of Communications commencing in August 2025. You will be required to work on the LSE campus at least two days a week and as the role requires.
