About Our Client

We are a leading PLC residential developer with an ambitious land acquisition strategy. Our focus is on delivering large-scale, high-quality developments, and we are looking for a talented Land Manager to help drive our growth.

The Role

As a Strategic Land Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic residential development opportunities. Working closely with the Land Director, you will help shape the business’s land pipeline and contribute to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identifying and securing new land acquisition opportunities in key locations.

✅ Developing strong relationships with agents, landowners, and key stakeholders.

✅ Driving deals through the acquisition process, ensuring successful negotiations and completions.

✅ Supporting the Land Director on existing land opportunities and strategic acquisitions.

✅ Representing the company at networking events and industry functions to expand our market presence.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven land acquisition experience within a residential developer (essential).

✔ A strong network of contacts with land agents, landowners, and local authorities.

✔ A commercial mindset and the appetite to buy large, multi-phased development sites.

✔ Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to drive transactions through to completion.

✔ A proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for land acquisition and development.
