An international construction consultancy with an enviable project portfolio, are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Newcastle office.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of some exceptional education, sports, and office based projects across the Northeast. Alongside project delivery, the successful Senior Project Manager shall also undertake a leadership role, undertaking client facing duties, and managing the operational aspects of certain projects.
This role would suit a Senior Project Manager or an Associate Project Manager who has the following:
- Completed a Construction related degree
- MRICS or APM
- Project Management experience within a Construction Consultancy
- Comfortable delivering projects with minimal support
- Good knowledge of various contracts
- Technically strong, pre and post contract
- Keen to take on greater leadership responsibilities
