This is a temporary ongoing position that may become permanent. We have an opportunity for a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our company and provide payroll and admin support. No payroll experience is required as full training will be provided (administration experience is essential). This is an office-based role working 24 hours a week, covering Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing of payroll, SSP and Holiday Pay onto the company database.
  • Administer pay and client rate and legislative changes onto CRM.
  • Assisting the Credit Control team with payroll and invoice queries.
  • Processing company car mileage and business expenses.
  • Processing new starters and leavers and P45 requests.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll audits.
  • Assist Recruitment Consultants and Senior Managers with day-to-day administrative support.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience.
  • GCSE grades A-C in maths and English.
  • Accuracy in data entry and a high attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and an aptitude for in-house systems.
