We are recruiting a Senior TA Specialist for a successful and growing business based in Cambridge. Employing around 600 people, this is a great time to join this expanding organisation.Reporting to the HR Director, you will be joining a highly successful team providing a TA service internally to your stakeholders and future employees.We are looking for someone who enjoys recruiting as well as managing TA projects which will add value to the hiring process.You will be responsible for recruiting senior hires across multiple disciplines. You will be detail orientated whilst having the experience to manage and execute projects such as market mapping, creating job descriptions, advert templates, line manager recruitment training, producing manager recruitment toolkits, looking at attraction channels and different methods of sourcing people including job and career fairs.The role is offering hybrid working based in Cambridge on-site at least 2 days a week.Parking is limited, however public transport would be a viable option by train, guided bus or bicycle.Please do reach out today for more information….
