We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email inquiries, providing accurate quotations and sourcing pricing information from external suppliers.
- Prepare and issue detailed quotations based on customer requirements.
- Proactively follow up on quotations to maximize conversion rates.
- Accurately process and input orders into the internal system, ensuring data integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with the Production team to provide customers with timely updates on order status, deliveries, and general inquiries.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Director within specified timeframes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling on both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and queries professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Sage 50 and Microsoft Office Suite.
