Located in the Stockport area, dedicated to providing an excellent education we are looking for an experienced History Teacher on a long-term basis. This role will involve delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with responsibilities including teaching, delivering planned lessons and marking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality History lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, in line with the national curriculum.
  • Mark, assess, and provide constructive feedback on students' work, ensuring continuous progression.
  • Track student progress and tailor support to meet the individual needs of students, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the History department by sharing best practices and resources.
