Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE)

Our client, a well-established and fast-growing Essex law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Employment Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their thriving employment law team.

The Role: You\’ll be working directly with the firm\’s Managing Director and her experienced team, advising both individuals and businesses on a full range of employment matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your practice whilst maintaining the firm\’s reputation for outstanding client service.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Building rapport with clients and referrers, inspiring confidence in our services
• Advising individuals on employment law issues and achieving the best outcomes
• Supporting businesses (from start-ups to established SMEs) with day-to-day employment and HR matters
• Ensuring clients remain compliant with up-to-date employment legislation
• Providing expert advice that keeps clients on the right side of the law
• Working towards monthly targets and KPIs
• Contributing to business development and growth initiatives

Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Employment Law
• Solid knowledge of Employment Law
• Excellent, confident communication skills – clear, articulate and welcoming
• High professional and ethical standards
• Pride in delivering exceptional client service

Location: Essex Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm Type: Full-time with hybrid options
