A leading global advisory firm is searching for a Talent and HR Manager to join their dynamic HR team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving graduate recruitment, talent development, and HR initiatives across their growing international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead graduate recruitment processes in London and New York, from attraction to selection.
  • Build strong relationships with top universities and university societies to attract the best talent.
  • Conduct screening interviews, organize assessment centres, and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and refine the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), with a focus on graduate talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for junior talent and provide ongoing HR support.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
  • Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and manage essential HR admin duties, including payroll.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in graduate/early careers recruitment, preferably in-house.
  • Experience working within professional or financial services.
  • Proven ability to assess and select candidates based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Strong knowledge of the graduate markets in the UK, EU, and US.
  • (Bonus): Existing relationships with universities, experience in EVP development, proficiency in European languages (especially French or German).
