They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager on a 12 month FTC to play a pivotal role across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering, managing, and reporting on a variety of projects, primarily sophisticated pack changes (Type 3 & 4), which may involve capital expenditure and interconnect with other projects. These initiatives, predominantly branded, will span the spectrum of projects managed by our commercialisation team, including own label, supply chain, and procurement projects. Achieving world-class execution is a core objective. Key Responsibilities: Compliance and Process Management: Ensure all projects adhere to commercialisation and stage-gate processes. Collaborate cross-functionally across UK&I sites and other regions. Stakeholder Engagement: Keep key stakeholders, including senior management, informed about project status, progress, risks, and issues. Planning and Delivery: Accountable for the planning, governance, and on-time, in-full delivery of approved projects. Reporting: Accurately track and report project progress and issues, highlighting compliance, key issues, and risks. Scope Control: Maintain strict control over project scope, action standards, and approval processes. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and interface issues within projects, ensuring timely adaptive action. System Compliance: Ensure understanding and compliance with key project management systems and processes, proposing and driving performance improvements. Pack Change Projects: Manage the transition of pack changes, minimising packaging write-off. The ideal candidate will have project management experience in an FMCG or Retail business in a least one business area (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Technical) and ideally a formal project management qualification (e.g., Prince2) Location: London (Hybrid working).
