SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Special Education Support Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and supportive learning experience for students with diverse needs. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students’ academic, social, and emotional development., * Deliver personalized educational programs and interventions

• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• A relevant degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

• Experience working with children with complex needs (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
