The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Coordinator to join our clients Consumer Products (CP) Team, supporting key category and country teams in delivering global objectives and strategy within EMEA and beyond. This role is instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, allowing category and country leads to focus on account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Tier 1 & Tier 2 partners.
  • Support contract entry and execution with Commercial & Legal teams.
  • Gather sales projections for forecasting.
  • Coordinate partner meetings, logistics, NDAs, and giveaways.
  • Assist with trade show planning and event invites.
  • Analyse retail sell-through data and market trends.
  • Generate reports using Circana & Euromonitor.
  • Track competition and update key licensee lists.
  • Provide insights for sales, branding, and retail presentations.
  • Foster best practices with regional coordinators.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and agents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong admin skills – licensing experience a plus.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
