Pearse Partners is a boutique Financial Services recruitment agency, specialising in Front Office search across leading Investment Banks, Private Equity firms and Credit funds. Over the past 7 years we have grown to become a leader in the industry with global market coverage. In 2024 we doubled our headcount and doubled our predicted revenue target. We have ambitious plans to grow a global business with a US expansion on the cards for 2025.
Our Investment Banking (M&A) team is growing and we are looking for a consultant to join our established team. Our M&A team was a founding desk at Pearse Partners and this is a hot desk with huge earning potential.
Experience:
- Minimum 18 months within recruitment or search
- Experience recruiting into financial services is advantageous
- Confident speaking with candidates and clients at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
