Our client is a leader in the beauty industry, offering top-tier skincare, makeup, and wellness products. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Buyer to join our team and help curate the best products for our customers.
Role Overview:
As a Junior Buyer, you will support the buying team by sourcing, negotiating, and managing beauty product inventory. You’ll help shape our product assortment and keep up with the latest beauty trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate new beauty products and suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and help with forecasting.
- Track market trends and suggest new product opportunities.
- Assist in pricing and ordering products.
- Maintain purchasing data and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong passion for beauty with a keen eye for trends.
- Experience in buying or merchandising (internships welcome).
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus).
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
