Lead a team of multi-skilled craftspeople to maintain and repair plant and equipment. Implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practice, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventative/predictive maintenance. Reduce MTBF and MTTR for plant. Use 5 Why analysis for all major breakdowns to identify root cause. Support and monitor TPM activities. Coordinate maintenance days to include maintenance routines and improvement activities, reducing breakdown time and raising OEE. Ordering of spares and maintenance of stock levels at economic cost levels. Provide knowledge and support to the maintenance team. Environmental, Health & Safety Mentor Apprentices.
