We are looking for actors and drama graduates in creative industries willing to work within education settings. Hanson Recruitment is a temporary agency seeking Drama graduates and actors who would like to work in schools as Teaching Assistants. We work with a large number of schools, ranging from Mainstream Primary schools to Special Educational Needs that cater for all ages.
We are able to offer temporary work during school hours 08:30-15:30, term-time only. Payments will be weekly, and the rates will range from £80-£100 dependent on experience, qualifications, and competence. We are open to consider Drama graduate candidates from a variety of backgrounds and availabilities to suit each school and pupil needs.

- Ability to receive and follow instruction by the school, teachers, and other education professionals
- Willingness to accept to support academic work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and caring attitude towards pupils with additional needs
