A fast-growing SaaS company is transforming the space with their low-code automation platform. Over the past three years, revenue has increased 7x, expanding the customer base from 2,000 to 15,000, with enterprise clients including Airbus, Barclays and Vodafone.
With a strong financial foundation and continued expansion, the company is now looking for an Engineering Manager (Migrations) to lead a team responsible for migrating enterprise customers from legacy systems to their flagship platform.

The Role
As Engineering Manager (Migrations), you will lead a team of 20 skilled engineers, driving the seamless migration of applications, data, and infrastructure from legacy platforms to a next-generation automation platform. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on technical expertise to ensure migration success is the company’s number one priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the migration engineering team, setting goals and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute comprehensive migration strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for enterprise clients.
- Provide technical leadership, evaluating tools, technologies, and best practices to optimise migration efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning migration activities with broader business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
What Does Success Look Like?
You build a high-performing migration engineering team, ensuring successful / efficient migrations and you establish a scalable migration framework, accelerating adoption.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally in migration, automation, or cloud transformation.
- Strong technical background in software development, DevOps, or infrastructure migration.
- Project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex migration projects on time.
- Experience with Java development, architecture, and frameworks is a strong plus.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth execution.
