Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm (Office based) Job Description: As a Customer Service Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within the Customer Service Team, supporting the External Sales Team and internal Operations Teams. This position involves account management, process improvement, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Account Coordinator will include: * Managing customer orders from input to delivery. * Monitoring and maintaining stock control within customer agreements. * Coordinating with logistics and production teams to meet customer expectations. * Ensuring target account On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance. * Approving artwork using in-house IT systems. * Collaborating with external account managers on account plans and improvements. * Reporting data for analysis and providing actionable insights. * Participating in customer review meetings and addressing service-related issues. * Enhancing the efficiency of the customer service team through proactive problem-solving and implementation of best practices. Skills & Experience: The successful Customer Service Account Coordinator will have: * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with sales systems or SAP is advantageous. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * A self-motivated and adaptable attitude. * The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment (preferred).
