Executive Assistant Newton Abbot – Hybrid Working £34,000-£40,000 This is a unique opportunity to work with a thriving group, overseeing a successful portfolio of construction related businesses. My client is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Executive Assistant to act as the right-hand person to the Director and wider Senior Management team. * Be the first point of contact, dealing with any queries, correspondence and phone calls with complete confidentiality and professionalism * Efficiently manage diaries, organise meetings, co-ordinate appointments and travel arrangements * Ensure any important tasks or deadlines are flagged * Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, presentations and correspondence * Be on hand to deal with miscellaneous issues that arise and resolve them accordingly * And more…..
