We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales efforts, manage client relationships, and implement growth strategies in key markets

Responsibilities:

  • Match customer needs with company products using a consultative sales approach.
  • Lead B2B commercial efforts and implement growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Sales for a client-focused approach.
  • Ensure compliance with international market regulations.
  • Define and communicate unique selling points.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Drive sales from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction post-sale.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
  • Develop sales forecasts and business plans.
  • Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Focus on clients in Europe, LATAM, South Africa, and Australia.
  • Network to create new partnerships with key clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the online entertainment industry, specifically in Europe, LATAM, South Africa, and Australia markets.
  • Strong CRM skills for managing sales pipelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of international market regulations.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Analytical skills for market trend analysis.
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
