A boutique Corporate Services provider with offices in Belfast city are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join their growing team. They are looking for candidates with 6 years plus Company Secretarial experience, who ideally have some Transactional experience, and are coming from a large financial services firm, law firm, corporate services provider or similar.
The candidate will also be ICSA qualified or in the process of obtaining this qualification. There is competitive remuneration on offer with this position coupled with positive work life balance plus a hybrid working model.
