Proclinical is currently working alongside a CRO seeking a Clinical Database Programmer – Visualisation Developer to support clinical trial activities through the development of visualization and reporting tools. This role focuses on medical safety review, analytical risk-based monitoring, data review and cleaning, biomarker analysis, home health care, and specialty requests for decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to create reports using clinical data and software applications tailored to business requirements and study-specific needs. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver reports and metrics for medical monitoring, safety review, risk-based monitoring, data review, and biomarker analysis. Optimize user management, content management, performance management, and lifecycle management related to reporting and metrics. Contribute to platform development for Medical Monitoring Data Quality Management, Risk-Based Monitoring, and Integrated Reporting. Measure key performance and risk indicators for clinical development. Provide ad hoc reporting and external reports as assigned. Lead and mentor in the development and delivery of reports, templates, and metrics. Key Skills and Requirements: Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Computer Science, or Statistics. Experience working within Data Warehouse platforms in a regulated industry, preferably within a clinical trial environment. Knowledge of clinical data or SDTM data structure is preferred. Proficiency with reporting/dashboarding software such as Spotfire, Tableau, QlikView, or Microsoft Power BI. Technical knowledge of SharePoint setup. Familiarity with scripting languages like Iron Python, R, R Shiny, or SAS. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently with minimal support. Experience in the pharma & life sciences industry is preferred.
