We are currently seeking a skilled full-time Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine window, door, skylights, and conservatories. The work includes hybrid working indoors in the showroom and outside on site.
- Qualification in Fenestration surveying
- Proven track record of working as a surveyor
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and contractors
- Conduct surveys to establish access, labour requirements, and materials needed
- Identify any technical errors or problems with customer orders
- Analyse survey information and prepare reports
- Identify potential obstacles or hazards on job sites
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of Schucal/logical essential
- Input the details for the site visit into the system
