Exciting times for my client looking to grow their Commercial team, who are one of the UK's leading Main Contractors and are very keen to talk to Senior Quantity Surveyors in the Berkshire area. You will need to be motivated, technically strong and be sharp at managing the cost and contractual aspects of complex projects. Looking for someone who wants to work in small and big teams depending on what projects you will be delivering.
The Role
My client is renowned for their strong employee longevity, building strong and driven teams to succeed in the competitive construction industry. You will be given the ownership to take the lead on your assigned projects and manage valuations, project cashflows, turnover forecasts, monthly cost reports and progress all the records. This role will be at their Head Office, with the team and going through the upcoming projects. Attending weekly meetings with the Commercial and Production teams, ensuring workload targets deadlines are met and commercial tasks are updated monthly. They have some really exciting projects on the go and in the pipeline, circa £50-£60 million.
