Are you a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment? We’re looking for a Resourcer to join our internal recruitment team and help drive the growth of our business.
About the Role:
As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our offices in Leeds, London, Nottingham, and Dubai. While your primary focus will be on internal hiring, there is also the opportunity to support external clients in the future.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels
- Conduct a high volume of phone calls to identify and qualify talent (if you’re hesitant to pick up the phone, this role isn’t for you!)
- Keep track of internal hiring needs and ensure our recruitment efforts are aligned
- Post job ads and company updates on LinkedIn to attract candidates
- Perform administrative recruitment tasks, such as scheduling interviews and updating records
- Manage your own diary and workload with autonomy
- Work closely with our small internal team to meet recruitment goals
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident and self-motivated individual who takes initiative
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail for admin tasks
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is beneficial but not essential
