As a Heating & Renewables Product Trainer, you will align yourself with the Training team vision of becoming the lead training provider of Air Source Heat Pump technology. You will: Focus on the effective delivery of your training programmes, managing your own processes from the nature of the training methods to the content delivered. Create a blend of different approaches to ensure customer knowledge is enhanced to the fullest; in house, on-site, live-streaming, video, face to face, meet the expert and other creative means as required. Keep up to date with Industry issues that have an impact on or affect the Daikin UK training offer. Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, FQS and Sales to identify and meet employee and customer, product, installation, and service technical training needs Update current course material to include Product updates Supporting the Learning Centre Manager with the development and upkeep of the Training Centres to ensure that training centres are up to date with relevant training equipment and tools required. The Ideal Candidate: You will have experience working within a Learning and Development or training role coupled with knowledge of Heating products. Alternatively, you may have a wealth of practical knowledge of Heating systems and the passion to want to share this knowledge through training and development. You will have some or all of the qualifications relevant to the role and industry such as a HND in Heating Systems, G3 Water Regulations, Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating C&G 6084/6068, Solar Thermal Hot Water Systems, Gas Safe Registration. The role will require you to travel nationwide visiting the various training centres throughout the UK. Who are we?
