Role: Dispatcher Salary: £12.65 p/h – Circa £26,000 based on a 39.5 hour working week Location: Salford Quays – Manchester Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5pm Employment: Full time – Temporary to permanent over 6 months Our client is a leading infrastructure contractor that provides construction, maintenance and repair services across multiple market sectors such as Utilities, Water, Rail, Highways, Gas and power sectors. This position is attached the Telecoms division who are responsible for the service, repair and upgrades of a range of telecoms assets such as 4G &/5G transition stations and mobile based assets. In the role of a Dispatcher you will be joining an established office based team out of a Salford Quays and there is the opportunity for Hybrid working once you have passed probation and are proficient at the technical aspects of the role. The main stay of this role will be liaising with engineers regarding emergency works that need to be carried on the mobile network. Where you will be relaying location of assets and details of repairs to engineers while logging these details on the internal computer system where a high level of accuracy is needed. There for having dispatch, scheduling or appointment scheduling experience would be highly advantageous. This role is working Monday to Friday, 39.5 hours per week.
