What will you do as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor

  • Process customer orders

  • Monitor customer service inbox and ensure orders are on time

  • Send out sales literature to new enquiries

  • Assist with sales calling upselling to customer base and advising of promotions

  • Liaise with logistics to ensure orders are shipped correctly

  • Experience working with a sales environment or for a sales team

  • Happy to be onsite 5 days a week

  • Knowledge of using Sage would be an advantage

  • Confident and happy to upsell and drive promotions
