We are looking for an experienced Production Trainer to join them on their mission of preserving food and the planet by offering good quality products and service.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Promoting learning and development of teams across different departments
- Delivery of onsite inductions to new starters and contractors
- Support in the development of SOP's across the site by engaging with department leads
- Delivery of all SOP's to all departments
- Continuous review of the quality of training, following up with department leads where required to update training appropriately
- Delivery of bespoke training sessions
- Maintaining and updating systems to ensure the training matrix is audit ready at any given moment
- Conducting regular training audits
- Organise external training courses through local providers and colleges
- Train to be a SAP super user to support with SAP roll out across the business
- Support the quality department in various QA tasks as and when required
Working Hours: A rotating shift pattern which is week one of mornings, week two afters, week three nights, working Monday to Friday.

- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience of bespoke training sessions
- Experience of maintaining and updating systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and coordinate with other departments
