Junior Technologist / Fresh Produce / Herts £30-40k Are you passionate about produce, quality, and innovation? Do you have a positive mindset and the drive to learn and grow? This role is ideal for those looking to develop their skills and work alongside experienced technical managers to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support technical managers with data entry, report generation, and analysis. Collaborate with the operations, commercial, and procurement teams to deliver high-quality produce to customers. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Drive customer-focused technical agendas and ensure compliance with customer and supplier specifications. Support in managing technical crises to minimise impact. What You’ll Bring: A positive, inquisitive attitude and excellent communication skills. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A formal technical qualification in produce or food industry (experience is a plus but not required). Right to work in the UK and a valid driver’s license.
