We are looking for a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a business-critical role, requiring exceptional organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and business acumen to ensure efficiency and drive key initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- CEO Support: Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings across time zones, and filter communications to maximise productivity.
- Strategic Oversight: Track key business metrics, assist in financial reporting, and support decision-making with research and insights.
- Project & Task Management: Own high-priority tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage execution across multiple business verticals.
- Operational Execution: Proactively streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance workflow.
- Confidential & High-Stakes Administration: Handle sensitive business and financial matters with absolute discretion and precision.
