Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity within Customer Service? Our well-established client in Warrington is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agent’s to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is vital within the business & requires you to be able to communicate well over the phone, deal with phone calls and emails! Key Details Contract – Temporary to Permanent  Location –Warrington Salary – £11.80 per hour, PAYE Contract  Hours – Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm), 37.5 hours Role and Responsibility  To handle and resolve customer queries Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls. Booking Customers in for campaigns on client systems Ability to work in a team environment – ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner. Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data. Ad-hoc Administration – handle and respond to emails where required.
