We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in complex construction projects to help deliver high-value projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a key role that requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of mission-critical infrastructure. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end construction of complex projects, from planning to completion.
- Manage project scope, budget, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and project challenges.
- Drive progress meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor and control costs, change orders, and contract execution.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvements in construction management.
- Ensure handover and commissioning align with operational and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of helping deliver complex, large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT, FIDIC), and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Ability to work away from home on project site.
