Training & Development Specialist – ETCS We have a fantastic opportunity for a Remote Training & Development Specialist join our Training function. Reporting to the Senior Training & Development Specialist and working on supporting the ETCS Freight Onboard project. You will be involved in the development of training materials for the ETCS Freight Onboard project which focus on the training of the freight operator maintenance and operations trainers in how to use the Onboard System and maybe required to deliver courses. You will need to apply your existing experience to delivering the ETCS training material to ensure key business deliverables are achieved. You will support the drive for training offering forward using technology and modern training techniques. Behaviours are a major factor in this role with a strong focus on Stakeholder engagement. This role reports to the Senior Training & Development Specialist and works with the ETCS Freight Onboard project. Typical Activities or Outputs Technical Training Shared To develop and deliver learning / training solutions for both operator and maintainer using a combined approach to external staff Responsible for the creation of new course material, the update of existing material and developing requirement and story boards for e-learning.
