Job Title: Property Manager Location: London (Cannon Street) onsite, 5 days a week Salary: up to £40.000 depending on experience. Permanent contract & F/T. Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM. 20 days of holidays + BH. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a boutique property development company based in the City and manage both commercial and residential properties. We are looking for a Property Manager ideally coming from a developer / landlord company. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all units are properly maintained and in compliance with health& safety, fire and building regulations. Organize regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical systems, heating/cooling). Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests. Address tenant concerns promptly and maintain positive tenant relationships. Ensure tenants are aware of and comply with lease terms. Conduct all property management duties for the portfolio including- viewings, processing renewals, arranging inventory and check-out appointments, managing ASTs, serving notices and managing deposits.
