CONSTRUCTION/SITE MANAGER – RENEWABLE ENERGY
Location: Newton Abbot
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits Package
Work Pattern: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days home-based)

The Role:
We\’re seeking an experienced Construction/Site Manager to oversee the development and execution of large-scale solar farm projects in the Newton Abbot area. This is a key leadership position within a rapidly expanding renewable energy organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall management and coordination of solar farm construction projects
• Leading and supervising construction teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
• Maintaining health and safety standards and site compliance
• Coordinating with clients and technical teams
• Managing resource allocation and equipment deployment
• Quality control and progress monitoring
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning
Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in solar farm construction management
• Strong track record in delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects
• 18th edition city & guilds 2382-22
• First aid certification
• Experience with construction management software
• Valid UK driving license
• CSCS Card (Gold & Black Cards Desirable)
